I am a Life Coach, Genealogist, and Reiki Master — but those are not three separate things. They are one practice, grown from one search. The genealogy grounds the work in real history. The Reiki clears the energy that history leaves behind. The coaching helps you decide what to do with what you find.

That search began with James — my great-grandfather, born in Jamaica in 1879, who helped build the island’s railroad. Recovering his story changed everything I understood about myself and my purpose. I wrote it all down in Ten Blocks. And then I built this practice.

This practice also exists because of my mother — who raised three children alone and taught me that lineage is not just what we inherit. It is what we choose to pass on.
